Family Therapy

Forming strong relationships and understanding healthy family dynamics is key to long-term recovery.

Family therapy aims to reduce conflict and improve relationships within families. Family can mean anyone who plays an important, long-term role in your life –not necessarily only blood relatives or people living in the same household.
