Forming strong relationships and understanding healthy family dynamics is key to long-term recovery.
Family therapy aims to reduce conflict and improve relationships within families. Family can mean anyone who plays an important, long-term role in your life –not necessarily only blood relatives or people living in the same household.
Forming strong relationships and understanding healthy family dynamics is key to long-term recovery. We will work with you and the key individuals in your life—spouse, parents, children, extended family and friends—to help build stronger lines of communication and healthy boundaries. In our family therapy, you will learn to avoid harmful anger, conflict, and blame with techniques that promote problem-solving and mutual understanding.
